The Toyota forklift we finally purchased was delivered in what I'd call "like-new" condition. They provide a youtube link to a walk around of the fully serviced forklift prior to loading and shipping out to us! Great customer service and transparency.
10/10 experience all around and we will definitely work with ForkliftTrader again as our company grows in the future.
